Filing a Healthcare Complaint

ATASCOSA HEALTH CENTER, INC. is committed to maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations. House Bill 4224, enacted in 2025 by the 89th Texas Legislature, stipulates that covered entities will post detailed instructions on how to file complaints with the applicable licensing authority in a prominent place (i) on the covered entity’s website and (ii) at any entity facility.
